Our Rescue Diver course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to prevent and assist in emergencies, and assist distressed divers. This intensive 3-day program transforms you from a proficient diver into a versatile and conscious diver at a personal level.
Nha Trang Fun Diver’s ‘Rescue Diver’ actually combines 2 courses. The first part covers EFR training and Oxygen provision, which involve a lot of theory. The second part focuses on both theory and practical in-water skills to help you manage stress and respond to in-water emergencies involving other divers.
Rescue Diver certification serves as a prerequisite for advanced dive professional courses and the technical diving path.
Duration: 3 days. 7am-2pm
Schedule:
- Day 1: Hone skills & EFR training. 8:00 am to 1:30 pm: Pool drills practice, Emergency First Response (EFR), and theory lessons.
- Day 2 : Boat Day. 7am-2pm:Practice in realistic scenarios (unresponsive diver, equipment failures, etc) Two practice dives from our diving boat at Nha Trang Bay. You’ll have water, fruits, and lunch on board
- Day 3: Boat day 7am-2pm:Continue with two more practice dives. Enjoy water, fruits, and lunch on board again!

If you Have Valid EFR certification we will discount it from the total price.

* To participate in this course, you must hold at least an Advanced Open Water certification.
* Recommended for divers who are confident in their buoyancy and other diving skills.
Rescue Diver will equip you with additional tools to assess, evaluate, manage, and provide emergency first response in various diving and non-diving contexts.
We will need following information for the booking:
- Copy of your passport.
- Height, weight, shoe sizes, hotel name.
- Deposit of 30% to confirm the booking for the convenience of the course.
- Let us know if you have any dietary preferences.
